        This framework is for the provision of setting out and surveying for civil engineering works and design.

        The expected start date for the proposed framework is 23.5.2019.

        The expected end date for the proposed framework is 22.5.2021.

        The proposed framework is to be let with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months from the actual end date.

        The value of 200 000 GBP is an estimated total spend over both suppliers over the life of the framework including optional extensions.

        The agreement will be available for use by all NEPO Members within the North East region. A list of member organisations is available in the about section of the NEPO website at: www.nepo.org

        This agreement will also be made available to all current and future NEPO Associate Members throughout the North East region. Current Associate Members are listed in the Associate Member section of the NEPO website at: www.nepo.org/associate-membership/list.

        Durham County Council (DCC) intends to make the resulting agreement available for use by all contracting authorities throughout the North East region (as defined by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015) including but not limited to Government Departments and their Agencies, Non-Departmental Public Bodies, Central Government, NHS Bodies, Local Authorities, Emergency Services, Coastguard Emergency Services, Educational Establishments, Registered Social Landlords and Registered Charities who have a need to purchase the above services.

        Organisations wishing to access the DCC agreement will be required to register as a NEPO Associate Member or sign up to Durham County Council’s Procurement service level agreement in the first instance.

        Access to the framework will be subject to the approval of DCC. This may incur a fee.

        Any organisation able to access this framework will be referred to in the documentation as a contracting authority.

        The contracting authorities make no guarantees that successful contractors will be awarded any call-offs and no guarantee is given in respect of any volume of work under any such call-off agreements, or in aggregate under the framework agreement.
