        Can your organisation, alone or in partnership, deliver accommodation and community based support services to people experiencing multiple and complex needs in Barnsley? We want to commission a service/s that provides a high quality, and innovative approach to achieve positive outcomes for all those affected by homelessness and multiple and complex needs.

        The impact of multiple and complex support needs, specifically homelessness, poor mental health, substance misuse and offending, has a significant impact on the health and well-being of people in Barnsley. Our aim is to provide a holistic approach to support provision which is sufficiently flexible to adapt to the individual needs presented by this client group.

        We"ll commission a provider/s to deliver services which will form an integral part of a support pathway for vulnerable people, which:

        Offers flexible support solutions appropriate to client need,

        Provides good quality accommodation,

        Facilitates positive, sustainable move on,

        Reduces re-occurrence of negative behaviours,

        Promotes achievement of positive client outcomes,

        These services will commence on 1.4.2017.
