Using the University’s preferred Illumina Sequencing Technology because of the established bioinformatics and analysis pipelines. Bidders using alternative technology must provide assurances that equivalent results / data will be produced. The samples are from our Beta-Cell biobank of patients with suspected monogenic diabetes or hyperinsulinism.
