        The council is acting as lead commissioner of Specialist Health Services for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism in West Sussex pursuant to an agreement made under Section 75 of the National Health Service Act 2006 with the 3 West Sussex Clinical Commissioning Groups The Council is seeking a Service Provider to provide daily support to customers assessed as being eligible to receive some form of Specialist Health service, across the county of West Sussex and Surrey boarders (to include, where agreed in advance with the Council, adults with learning disabilities living in adjacent CCG/local authority areas who are registered with a West Sussex GP Practice). The services to be delivered under the contract are described in detail in Attachment 03 the Service Specification.
